How do I book a worker or runner?

Open the WekPlug app, choose a service or errand, add the location details, describe the task, then review matching workers or active runner offers.

What makes errands protected?

Errands can include pickup and drop-off checkpoints, live runner tracking, proof photos, and a delivery PIN that should only be shared after the item is received.

How do payments work?

Payment is kept in a protected flow and released only after the required completion step, such as proof, PIN confirmation, review, or client confirmation.

Are workers verified?

Workers and runners build profiles with verification and job history signals so clients can make better decisions before accepting help.

What if the worker has not arrived?

Check the active job status, route, ETA, and contact options in the app. If the job is at risk, use support before confirming completion.

When should I share the delivery PIN?

Share the delivery PIN only when the runner is at the drop-off point and you have received the correct item or delivery.
