By using WekPlug, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or related services.

Platform Role

WekPlug is a marketplace that helps connect clients with independent workers. Service agreements are formed between users, not with WekPlug as an employer.

Accounts and Verification

Users must register with accurate information. Workers may be asked to complete verification steps before they can access certain features or job categories.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings, pricing, payment protection, errand proof, delivery PIN confirmation, and payout flows are managed through the platform process. Users must not bypass required in-app payment or booking rules where they apply.
